Third Party Reporting

What is it?
The following measures and attributes for occasions when a third party receives a transferred an interaction or is added as a participant to an interaction are now available.

  • Third Party Count (historical only): The number of interactions where a third
  • party is added as a participant or is transferred the interaction.
  • Third Party Type (historical only): The third party’s extension type – for example, SIP or PSTN.
  • Third Party Extension Value (historical only): The type of extension – for example, SIP or PSTN.
  • Third Party Time (historical only): The length of time that a customer spends in conversation with a third party.

Third Party reporting is included in the new interaction segment reports.

Reporting now extends to report on an interaction after it is transferred onto a third party.
