What is it?
Brands can use secure payment collection to collect credit card payments over the phone using DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency). Credit card details are never shared with agents or the CxEngage application.
The integration provides several benefits including PCI-DSS compliant payments over voice, Agent Assisted payments – Agents stay on the call and can walk the customer through entering their CC details and a Web UI for agents – The Card Number and Security Code will be presented in a PCI DSS compliant format that protects the customers information.
