What is it?
Configurable, customer-facing chat styles. Generates HTML to paste into brand’s website without coding. Upload welcome notes and logo images and customize customer and agent facing colors.
The enhancement allows you to quickly create customer-facing chat interface without complex coding skills. Additional new features include:
- Text formatting: hyperlinks, clickable URLs, emojis
- Typing indicators
- Read receipts
Good to Know:
If you’re interested in our Early Access Program, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM). The enhanced chat channel will be enabled on your dashboard for testing. There is no additional cost if you already have Serenova Chat. Feedback can be sent directly to your CSM or submitted through support tickets, which will be reviewed by our development team to help identify likes, dislikes or any other issues.
