What is it?
We’ve updated the Customer Identification filter in standard historical reports. Previously, it was a checkbox filter that listed customer identification values from the report. If a report contained more than the maximum number of customer identification values than could be displayed in a filter, some values weren’t available to select. This filter is now a text field, which enables you to enter any customer identification values (for example, phone numbers). To filter by multiple values, separate each value with a comma (,).
Supervisors can now search their interactions by all available customer identification values.
Good to Know
Simply select the Customer Identification filter and enter the customer id that you want to search for and hit apply.
