Serenova CTO, Jeff Thompson, will join a panel of industry experts, including leading industry analyst Sheila McGee-Smith, to discuss how companies are taking their contact centers into the cloud. The session will outline the business case and justifications for using CCaaS, as well as best practices from some of the industry’s leading implementations.

Disaster Readiness for the Always-On Contact Center

When: Tuesday, March 8, 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. ET (Room: Osceola 1)

Serenova’s leading partner and customer, Ronald Amelunge of Mitel, will outline lessons learned from the always-on reliability, scalability and security offered by the cloud for a new approach to its disaster readiness plans. Amelunge will also delve further into what drove the move to the cloud, discuss the implementation process and provide insight into their disaster readiness plans.
