Next week, I’m heading to my third Channel Partners Conference & Expo with Serenova. As you might imagine, as VP of Channels in North America, I get to quite a few events in the partner community on behalf of Serenova. And while they are always enjoyable, I particularly look forward to this one. With more than 6,000 industry experts in attendance, Channel Partners is the largest event in the technology services and channel community and provides the opportunity to meet and network with all our key partners and future partners.

Serenova Happy Hour Thursday, April 11

 Our team will be all around the show this year. I’m excited to say we’re hosting our second annual Serenova Happy Hour at Channel Partners this year. Be sure to mark your calendars to come meet our entire channel team at Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay. The event is Thursday, April 11, at 6 pm (close of the expo hall) to 8 pm. But, be sure to be there at 7 pm for a chance to win one of the latest and greatest gadgets for us travelers—an AWAY suitcase! We’ll have some snacks to nibble on before you head out for your evening plans and, of course, cocktails (or waters!).

You can find Serenova at Booth 1575 on the expo hall floor, as well. We’ll be there to talk to attendees about how we help our contact center partners and their customers achieve success with the ultimate cloud-based contact center solution. We can dive into how our cloud-based, omnichannel platform can both support your customers at the beginning their migration to the cloud or your customers looking to scale an existing cloud presence.
