Can’t Miss Events: ICMI Contact Center Expo & Gartner Customer Experience and Technologies Summit

It is a busy time for our Serenova team. We have two “can’t miss” industry events that we’re very excited to participate in – the International Customer Management Institute’s (ICMI) 2017 Contact Center Expo and Conference in Orlando, Florida on May 21 – 24, 2018 and the Gartner Customer Experience and Technologies Summit in London, England on May 24 – 25, 2018.

ICMI Contact Center Expo and Conference

Serenova has long been a participant of this leading industry tradeshow as it is one of the most educational experience in the contact center industry and allows us to meet with our customer, partners and industry leaders face-to-face. This year, our team has a lot of exciting activities planned for the show that you can’t miss, including:

  • Get with the Flow Contest – Our CxEngage Flow Designer is so simple and easy to use and we wanted to provide each attendee an opportunity to experience its power first hand. Participants in the contest will be timed to see how quickly they can build a simple flow for a powerful customer experience. Through an easy to use drag-and-drop interface, participants will build a call flow that works within minutes…even seconds. Each person that participate will receive a special prize and be entered into a drawing to host a breakfast or lunch party for your contact center ($500 in value).
  • Win a Yeti – Serenova is once again participating in ICMI’s Passport to Prizes. Stop by our booth to say hello and we’ll stamp your passport. Once you’ve completed the full card, you’ll be entered into a drawing for several valuable prizes from many of the exhibitors including our Serenova-branded Yeti Cooler!
  • Contact Center 2.0 – Enabling Customer Service in the Digital Era – Our very own Michelle Burrows, CMO, will explore how companies are delivering a superior level of service with next generation contact centers that offer the ability to better personalize every interaction and gain cross channel insights to continually optimize overall performance. Stop by the Solutions Theater on Tuesday, May 22 at 10:50 am (ET) to hear Michelle’s perspective. Feel free to meet her afterwards – having run her own customer loyalty center, she loves to talk all things Contact Center!

Gartner Customer Experience and Technologies Summit

Our team is very excited to participate in Gartner Customer Experience and Technologies Summit in London for the first time. One of the best things about Gartner events is the high-quality conversations that happen everywhere – in the sessions, on the show floor, in restaurants and of course, the lobby bar!

Our team in the UK is very encouraged to see shows like this drive the conversation about how technology can empower the customer experience. We will showcase CxEngage during the event – highlighting the CCaaS platform’s ability to provide businesses with more value from their contact center and demonstrate how it helps contact center agents better facilitate customer interactions.

CxEngage Scoreboard on Display

At both shows, our team will be on-hand to share our latest offering, CxEngage Scoreboard. We recently launched this new performance management, gamification, and agent engagement solution to give our customers the ability to aggregate agent data from disparate systems and provide supervisors insight into contact centers operations. This solution also empowers agents with the tools they need for self-improvement. Attendees of both shows can see first-hand how CxEngage Scoreboard enhances culture across the contact center while creating incredible transparency to better align with the organization’s business objectives.
