Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, John’s well-rounded history in leadership and business management make him well-positioned to lead Serenova through its current phase of growth. He is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise software teams, resulting in over $1 billion in revenue. John previously lead Serenova’s global sales team, helping the company drive an evolution in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) market with its introduction of CxEngage. Prior to joining Serenova, John was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Vendavo, a private, equity-owned leader in the price optimization space. He served as Vice President of Sales at Mattersight Corporation, which builds behavioral routing software for contact centers, rebuilding and leading the predictive analytics team to over $100 million in SaaS growth in three years. He served as Director of North American Sales for more than six years at Nuance Communications. During that time, his teams contributed significantly to Nuance’s massive growth of $60 million to $1.5 billion in revenue and 27 acquisitions. Previously, John held key executive positions at leading technology firms including Parametric Technology Corporation, NexPrise, Division, and Altos Computers.
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle brings extensive experience in marketing and leadership to Serenova. In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle leads the company’s global marketing functions including strategy, brand development, communications, and demand generation. She provides strategic direction for the company, working closely with the executive, sales, and product teams to help Serenova broaden its footprint in the contact center market across geographic regions. Prior to joining Serenova, Michelle served as Vice President of Marketing and Analytics at Comcast Business where she also led the customer loyalty contact center. Prior to Comcast Business, Michelle served as the Vice President of Demand Marketing for inContact (NICE inContact). She has also held key leadership positions at Rally Software (CA Technologies), Verint Systems, and Genesys Conferencing (West Corporation).
Chief Technology Officer
Pascal brings deep technical and market experience to Serenova’s executive leadership team, having led the development and delivery of industry-leading contact center solutions throughout his career. Pascal was formerly the Vice President of Engineering at inContact (NICE inContact), where he spent more than a decade leading the development of its cloud contact center solutions. During those years and through inContact’s acquisition by NICE, Pascal oversaw all aspects of the company’s engineering and product development activities, emphasizing scalability, and quality in software delivery. Prior to inContact, Pascal held key engineering positions at StayinFront, the University of Alaska and Manpower France. Previous roles leading quality assurance efforts and network and automation engineering influence Pascal’s focus on immediate product quality needs and the long-term technology vision.
As SVP of Product, Leslie leads all Product Management, Product Marketing, and Strategic Alliance initiatives. With more than 15 years of cross-functional expertise spanning Sales, Marketing, and Product, he has an unyielding focus on organizational alignment, clarity, and collaboration to successfully bring new products to market and accelerate growth. Previously, Leslie served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategic Alliances where he oversaw the messaging, positioning, and pricing of Serenova’s cloud platforms and has held various positions at Dell and American Power Conversion prior to joining Serenova. He holds a B.S. in Computer & Information Science from the University of Oregon.
SVP, Channel Sales
As Senior Vice President of Channel Sales, Brandon Knight provides the strategic direction for Serenova’s channel partners around the world, focusing primarily on engaging current partners to continue to drive the adoption of Serenova’s innovative contact center solutions. An accomplished sales management leader in the contact center market, Knight has more than 27 years of experience specific to the cloud, telecom and contact center industry, with a significant CCaaS, PaaS and SaaS background. Most recently, Knight was the Cloud Evangelist for one of the industry’s leading Master Agents and Serenova partner – Intelisys Inc., a ScanSource company and the nation’s leading Technology Services Distributor. In that role, he worked closely with Intelisys Sales Partners to educate and communicate the benefits of cloud technology in the contact center. Knight also has a long track record of thought leadership across the cloud and telecom industries as a keynote speaker, panelist, webinar host and trainer in the cloud.
SVP, Global Services
As SVP, Global Services, Michael Lutz leads Serenova’s consulting and managed services businesses, delivering customization and implementation for customers worldwide. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the software services industry to Serenova, Michael ensures successful delivery of our CCaaS platform throughout our customer base, supervising the global professional services, training, and enablement teams. Previously, he held global positions in consulting services, education, and customer support and success. Before joining Serenova he ran the Salesforce Consulting projects group for strategic customer segments across North America. Prior to his time at Salesforce, Michael held leadership positions at BMC software, responsible for global outsourcer and system integrators consulting delivery, before taking over BMC’s SaaS Customer Success organization for Americas and APAC.
SVP, Cloud Operations
Eric and his team are tasked with delivering and sustaining always-on reliability that is critical to Serenova’s position as a trusted and reliable cloud vendor for businesses from startup to enterprise.
Eric has a more-than-20-year history of driving and supporting all aspects of technology operations for various types of businesses. He has an established reputation for leading and managing all facets of SaaS private and public application/infrastructure solutions. Specifically, he has a track record of defining, maintaining and improving operational management processes, including escalation, change management and compliance framework within multiple SaaS organizations. Throughout his career of managing SaaS applications, Eric has achieved and maintained 99.999% availability.
Most recently, Eric was the Vice President of Information Security and Technology Services at AllClear ID, where he was responsible for building, growing and managing all aspects of company operations, data center, automation, security posture, CI/CD, public and private cloud, and all corporate and production infrastructure, facilities, and environments. Prior to that, Eric held critical leadership positions at leading SaaS companies, including Kinnser Software (now WellSky), Affiniscape (now YourMembership), Conformity (now Gemalto) and QuickArrow (now Oracle).
